PROCESS AND TIMELINE

ACTIVITY	SCHEDULE	HOURS
Ø Register by the 1^st of the month for that month's training Ø Register by credit card online (below) or by printing the registration form and mailing it with a check	By 1st
Ø You will receive an email confirmation and an activity packet for review and information about the orientation phone call and the interactive conference training	Before the orientation phone call
Ø Orientation phone call conducted (see schedule for each month)	By 8th	1 hour
Ø You then complete the activity packets and email them	By 14th	2 hours
Ø Interactive conference training conducted (see schedule for each month)	Between 14^th & 25th	2 hours
Ø You then complete concluding activities & evaluation	After conference call	1 hour
Ø Concluding activities and evaluation emailed to The Knopf Company at jeanne@knopfcompany.com	Before end of the month
Ø Certificate mailed	End of the month
